FROM THE WORLD STAGE TO THE GOORNONG PADDOCK
Indigenous celebrity chef, Mark “Black” Olive will be the centre of attention during the Native & Natural Flavour Fest, a Regional Umbrella Event with the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2015.
The day will be a celebration of Howard lamb, local produce, wine and beer.
Australian bush foods have not been on the menu on the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival before and Bridgeward Grove is the perfect place and space to not only experience an afternoon of flavour and culture but to learn about the flavours present in our Australian bush from a master Indigenous chef.
